User Consent Form & Safety Declaration

I, the undersigned, declare that I have read and understood the following and agree to be bound by it:

1. True information. The name, phone number, e-mail and locations I give are mine and correct. I keep my e-mail and phone active so I receive notifications about my listings and offers. Photos and descriptions of livestock I list are genuine and show the animal actually for sale.
2. Verify before you pay. I will pay for an animal only after I have seen it and am satisfied that it is the animal described (on delivery or at pick-up). As a buyer I will not send money in advance to anyone. As a seller I will not ask a buyer to pay before the buyer has seen the animal.
3. The platform's role. Online Livestock Markets only connects buyers and sellers. It does not own, inspect, keep or deliver animals and does not hold the money paid for animals. The platform is not responsible for losses caused by users' own negligence, including paying without first verifying the animal, nor for the health, ownership or quality of any animal.
4. No scamming. I will not mislead, defraud, harass or pressure other users. If I am found scamming or attempting to scam others, my account may be suspended or banned, my listings removed, and the matter may be reported to the authorities.
5. Concerns and ratings. If I am dissatisfied with a deal I will use "Raise a concern" so the admins can look into it. My ratings and reports will be honest. False or abusive reports may lead to action against my account.
6. The law. I am responsible for lawfully owning the animals I sell and for movement permits, veterinary and health requirements that apply to the animals I buy or sell.
7. Fees. I have read the platform fees (contact fee, listing fees and any subscription). The admins may change fees; changes are announced on my dashboard with the date they take effect.
8. My data. I agree that my contact details are shown to the other side of a deal only after the required fee is paid, and that my approximate location is detected automatically to show where offers and animals are. The Privacy Policy explains how my data is used.
